How your live session works

Instead of waiting days for a static background report, you and I work the case together in real time. As new addresses, counties, or records show up, we shift the search instantly and make decisions on the spot.

1. You book your hour and complete a short intake

You pick an available one-hour slot, pay the $125 fee, and answer a few quick questions about:

  • Who you’re trying to find (name, DOB/age, last known city/state)
  • Why you’re searching (process service, civil case, personal, etc.)
  • What you’re hoping to learn during the session

2. We connect by phone or Zoom

At the appointment time, we’ll quickly confirm the details and then get straight to work. I’ll share what I’m seeing as I go so you understand why certain addresses or records matter.

3. Live locate & court record searches

During the session, I may:

  • Search professional-grade databases and public records tied to your subject
  • Identify prior addresses and counties you didn’t know about
  • Check public county court records for criminal and civil cases involving your subject

If we find, for example, that your subject used to live in a different county, we can immediately pivot and search that county’s court system while we’re still on the call.

4. Clear recap and next steps

Before we wrap up, I’ll review what we found—addresses, court cases, or other key data—and help you prioritize what’s most useful for your situation, such as:

  • Best address candidates for service attempts
  • Relevant court cases or filings to pull copies of
  • Options if additional investigative work is needed beyond this session
